Wellbeing and Mental Health Support for Veterans & Serving Personnel
Working with the NHS, Local GP Practices, and Support Services to Make a Real Difference
Our work is designed to support individuals early, before challenges build and additional support is needed, while also providing a space for those who have previously accessed clinical support to continue moving forward
The only requirement to attend a Root Cause Project session is the consent of the veteran or serving personnel.
If you work with a veteran or serving member of the armed forces, whether as a GP, NHS professional, or support service you can refer them to our sessions. Our sessions are designed to support individuals whether they are seeking early intervention or continuing their journey after clinical care.

We collaborate closely with the NHS, local GP practices, and other support services to ensure veterans and serving personnel receive the right support at the right time.
Our approach:
Early intervention: Helping individuals before challenges escalate.
Continued support: Providing a safe space for those who have previously accessed clinical support.
Flexible, tailored sessions: Activities that build resilience, connection, and practical wellbeing skills.
Clear communication: Timely updates and feedback to referrers.
