Our work is shaped by lived military experience and delivered in experience-led environments. While some sessions are responsive to the individual rather than rigidly structured, each is guided with intention to create space for reflection, challenge, and lasting outcomes.
We don’t focus on activities. We focus on what sits beneath them.
Bushcraft, survival and mindfulness are tools, not the outcome. They provide real, grounded situations where focus, adaptability, and calm thinking matter. In these moments, individuals begin to understand how they respond under pressure and how to respond differently.

This combination allows us to deliver support that is relatable, effective, and grounded in real experience, helping people feel capable, in control, and connected.
Supporting The Next Generation
Supporting children from Armed Forces families through bushcraft, outdoor learning and practical skills.
Expanding across two schools during the 2026/27 academic year, our Small Roots, Tender Shoots programme is delivered by veterans who are qualified teachers and forest school practitioners, helping service children build confidence, resilience and a stronger sense of belonging.
