We support veterans, serving personnel and their families through fully funded experience-led sessions using bushcraft and survival as practical tools to develop focus, adaptability, and lasting change.
Our work is shaped by lived military experience and delivered in experience-led environments. While some sessions are responsive to the individual rather than rigidly structured, each is guided with intention to create space for reflection, challenge, and lasting outcomes.

We don’t focus on activities. We focus on what sits beneath them.
Bushcraft, survival and mindfulness are tools, not the outcome. They provide real, grounded situations where focus, adaptability, and calm thinking matter. In these moments, individuals begin to understand how they respond under pressure and how to respond differently.
Not an activity. Not a programme. A space for real change.
Who We Support
Our work is designed to support individuals early, before challenges build and additional support is needed, while also providing a space for those who have previously accessed clinical support to continue moving forward.
Our Approach
Our approach is structured in intent but responsive in delivery.
We create environments where individuals can step back, reset, and begin to respond differently without pressure or expectation. We support those navigating the pressures of military life, creating space to reset and regain control before challenges build to a crisis point. Bushcraft and survival provide practical, grounded situations to build focus, adaptability, and self-awareness.

Thank you for today, and making me feel welcome I’ve suffered with a lot of mental health problems since leaving the army in 1994. I was medically discharged. Which left me in a dark place in 1994 coming back into civvy street and only knowing the army way of life.
Royal Yorkshire Regiment Veteran
I really appreciate what you are doing for veterans and serving personnel and I really appreciate today I felt part of a family again.
