This past weekend, we had the pleasure of welcoming Ian Roome MP to our session. As a fellow veteran and a member of the Defence Committee, Ian’s visit was an incredible opportunity to showcase the vital support we provide to both veterans and serving personnel in North Devon.
During his visit, Ian Roome MP took the time to meet with our team and speak directly with some of the veterans who have benefited from our services. He expressed his appreciation for the work we are doing and reaffirmed his commitment to advocating for veterans’ welfare at a national level. His insights, drawn from his own experiences in the armed forces, provided a valuable perspective on the unique challenges our veteran community faces.
We were thrilled to share our project and discuss the ongoing needs of North Devon’s veteran population. Ian’s support strengthens our resolve to expand our reach and continue developing programs that make a real difference in the lives of those who have served our country.
